We will carefully listen to your specific requests and use our experience to turn your ideas and plans into reality.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

Once you are happy with the final offer and would like to book your trip with us, we will first require a 30% deposit to begin confirming key services such as accommodation reservations, transfers and activities in Spain and/or Portugal. We accept payments by credit card or bank transfer.

RESERVATION AND FINAL ITINERARY DOCUMENTATION

Once we have confirmed all services, we will send you your travel documents, including a final itinerary documentation with contact details of all confirmed services, tickets, airline tickets or any other required electronic documents. If you book your trip last minute with us, your final itinerary documentation will be given to you upon check-in at the first hotel.

FINAL PAYMENT

The balance will be charged 30 days before the departure date.
