SOL DIAS DAY BY DAY
DAY 1 – ¡BIENVENIDOS!
In the afternoon, we set off for Mijas – one of the most beautiful white villages in Andalusia. With its narrow cobbled streets, colourful ceramic flower pots, and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, Mijas enchants every visitor. We wander through a network of whitewashed streets, adorned with details reminiscent of its Moorish roots, where cascading flowers drape over the façades of traditional Andalusian houses. Every corner here is endlessly photogenic. After check-in at our hotel in Mijas, we enjoy free time for dinner.
DAY 2 – ALONG THE ROUTE OF THE WHITE VILLAGES
Two white Andalusian towns, each unique in its own way. Ronda is perched on the cliffs of a dramatic gorge, while the whitewashed houses of Setenil de las Bodegas are literally embedded into the rock formations of a ravine. In Setenil, we stroll along two of its most iconic streets, where houses nestle beneath massive rock overhangs, their ground floors transformed into cosy cafés and shops selling local delicacies. Continuing into the heart of Andalusia towards Ronda, we make a stop at a cutting-edge olive oil mill, where we sample the “liquid gold” while learning about its environmentally friendly production methods. Ronda crowns the cliffs of El Tajo and boasts sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and olive groves. Here, we visit a traditional 19th-century manor house, explore the historic Puente Nuevo bridge, and visit Spain’s oldest bullfighting arena.

DAY 3 – TALES OF THE ALHAMBRA
We start the day in style with a visit to a sturgeon farm producing organic caviar, where we learn fascinating facts and enjoy a tasting experience, paired with either a glass of crisp cava or an adventurous sip of ice-cold vodka.
Our journey then takes us to the majestic Alhambra – the jewel of Moorish architecture. We stroll through its exquisite gardens, lavish courtyards, and magnificent palaces, all offering breathtaking views of the Sierra Nevada peaks. Every arch, fountain, and intricate ornament tells a story, transporting us back in time.
In the afternoon, we immerse ourselves in the charm of the Albaicín district – a labyrinth of narrow, winding streets lined with white houses and romantic viewpoints overlooking the Alhambra. We take a break in a traditional Andalusian café, soaking in the city’s rhythm and authentic atmosphere before continuing to the vibrant Realejo neighbourhood.
DAY 4 – CÓRDOBA: A BRIDGE BETWEEN CULTURES
DAY 4 – CÓRDOBA: A BRIDGE BETWEEN CULTURES
- On the outskirts of Córdoba, we discover a picturesque landscape. To one side stretch endless sun-kissed vineyards, while on the other, ancient olive trees stand as silent guardians of time. We are welcomed by Sergio, who shares the story of his family’s fascinating wine project as he guides us through their vineyard.
Córdoba itself is a mesmerising blend of Christian, Jewish, and Islamic heritage. We visit the Mezquita-Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that leaves no visitor indifferent. The architectural masterpiece, originally a grand mosque before the later addition of a Christian cathedral, is a striking fusion of styles. Walking through its vast courtyard and mesmerising interior is like stepping back in time.
We continue through the enchanting Jewish Quarter, a maze of narrow, flower-adorned streets, where we sample local specialities such as salmorejo and rabo de toro (oxtail stew). Several private patios, part of Córdoba’s UNESCO-listed cultural heritage, open their doors for us, revealing vibrant cascades of flowers, tranquil retreats, and refreshing inner courtyards.
DAY 5 – THRILLING SEVILLE
Seville enchants with its passion, history and genuine Spanish soul. Here, in the vibrant heart of Andalusia , every street tells a story, every building holds memories and every flamenco melody ignites emotions. We begin our exciting adventure in this magnetic city, immersing ourselves in the atmosphere of its squares and stately architecture. We walk between the majestic buildings of the Archivo de los Indies and the largest Gothic cathedral, Santa María de la Sede . We immerse ourselves in the splendor of the Real Alcázar – a royal palace filled with Moorish ornaments, exquisite courtyards and mystical gardens. Our walk continues to Plaza de España – one of the most impressive squares in Spain, surrounded by elegant arches decorated with colorful ceramic tiles. The evening ends with a true feast for the senses – a culinary show, where a master chef prepares a traditional paella , filled with aromatic spices, seafood and authentic Spanish flavors. To this gourmet delight we add a tasting of local wines, sausages and cheeses , which reveal the richness of Andalusian flavors.
DAY 6 – SHERRY & FLAMENCO ON THE ATLANTIC
We visit one of the oldest and most renowned wineries in Spain , where we immerse ourselves in the world of sherry wines with a tasting , and on a tour of the incredible winery we will learn more about the production process, aging in oak barrels and the intricacies of the traditional solera method. We continue to the heart of Jerez de la Frontera, where in the oldest tabanco (a traditional Andalusian establishment that combines a wine bar and a flamenco scene) in the city, opened in 1925, we will immerse ourselves in an intimate flamenco show while enjoying a light tapas lunch. Even the famous Gordon Ramsay was impressed by this place and included it in one of his television shows. For dessert we visit Cadiz – the oldest city in Western Europe , steeped in maritime romance and 3,000 years of history. We walk through the labyrinth of whitewashed streets, the profile of the Cathedral of Cadiz with its golden dome stands out in front of us, and we stop at La Caleta , a picturesque beach where galleons from the New World once docked.

DAY 7 – THE MAGIC OF THE ATLANTIC BY CATAMARAN
Imagine a sun-drenched day, a gentle sea breeze, and endless blue horizons as you sail along one of the world’s most stunning coastlines – the Algarve. This catamaran adventure is the perfect way to admire the natural wonders of southern Portugal, where golden cliffs, hidden caves, and crystal-clear waters create a breathtaking scene.
We set sail from the harbour towards the region’s most iconic landmarks. We peek inside the famous Benagil Cave – the Algarve’s postcard-perfect attraction, where sunlight filters through a natural dome, illuminating the turquoise waters below. As we glide past pristine beaches such as Praia da Marinha, known for its striking rock formations and fine sand, we relax on deck, enjoy a refreshing drink, and soak up the spectacular views. With a bit of luck, we might even spot dolphins playing in the waves.
On our way back to Seville, we stop in Tavira – a charming, authentic town boasting Moorish architecture, quaint streets, a Roman bridge, and over 30 churches. The atmosphere of Tavira is filled with romance, history, and unspoiled beauty.
DAY 8 – MÁLAGA TAKES CENTRE STAG
We take the Costa del Sol highway, which in almost all its sections passes by the sea. The light of the sea will always be present until we reach coastal Malaga. A city that combines antiquity and modernity, culture and carefreeness. In Picasso’s hometown, we enjoy a panoramic view from the Gibralfaro Castle , a walk along the mega yacht harbor, contrasting with the cozy lively streets of the old town, imbued with Andalusian atmosphere. After the walk, we indulge in lunch in one of the typical “chiringuitos” – beach restaurants famous for the fresh seafood on their menus – fried anchovies, octopus and traditional “espeto de sardinas” (sardines on a skewer), various mussels, “sizzling” shrimps in the “pil pil” style and small calamaritos, suitably accompanied by aromatic wine and the immense beauty of the Mediterranean Sea. In the spirit of Andalusian carefreeness, it’s time to head to the airport, but not to say goodbye, but to wish each other ¡ Hasta pronto! – a promise to see each other on some next adventure!
DAY 8 – MÁLAGA TAKES CENTRE STAG
- We take the Costa del Sol motorway, which runs almost entirely along the coast, offering constant glimpses of the shimmering sea. The ever-present Mediterranean light follows us to Málaga – a city that blends ancient history with modern vibrancy, rich culture with a laid-back atmosphere.
In Picasso’s birthplace, we enjoy a panoramic view from Gibralfaro Castle before taking a stroll through the luxurious marina, lined with mega-yachts, contrasting beautifully with the lively, characterful streets of the old town, where the Andalusian spirit thrives.
After our walk, we indulge in a leisurely lunch at a traditional chiringuito – a beachfront eatery famed for its fresh seafood. We savour fried anchovies, grilled octopus, the classic espeto de sardinas (sardines skewered over an open flame), an array of shellfish, sizzling gambas pil-pil (garlic and chilli prawns), and tender baby squid, all paired perfectly with aromatic wine and the boundless beauty of the Mediterranean.
Embracing the carefree Andalusian spirit, time slips away, and before we know it, it’s time to head to the airport – but not to say goodbye, rather to say ¡Hasta pronto! – a promise to meet again on our next adventure!
